  • Sunday, November 16, 2014 -- Let's talk about critiquing work. We'll review a few recent projects from some willing volunteers and use Christine Dumont's method of evaluating a work based on key factors. We can then use what we learn to look at our own work with a more critical eye to help us understand what makes a piece "sing" -- or how we can boost its impact if it's not quite "there" yet.

  • Saturday & Sunday, May 5-6, 2013 Spring Workshop. "It's Not Nice to Fool Mother Nature" bracelet. Animal, vegetable, or mineral? No one but you will know after you learn new faux techniques and combine them all into a bracelet! Randee Ketzel is coming from Austin TX to show us techniques you can apply to beads, jewelry, and finishes for covering boxes or whatever! Watch for more details!
  • Sunday, May 19, 2013 -- Selma Andrews will share an interesting technique for making hollow forms. Part I of the "Inspiration Project" -- each person will choose a photo blindly and then use the picture as inspiration for a project.
